Custom design, previews and delivery

Your individual design
Review your chosen place, outline, dimensions, relief, material, finish and engraving before ordering. Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind cancellations and returns where the law permits. A standard catalogue option or merely making an item after you order does not automatically create that exception. Your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods remain protected. Read our returns policy.
Digital previews and terrain data
The interactive view is a digital design preview. Screen colour, lighting, data resolution, relief settings and the selected manufacturing material affect how it appears. Fine features may be simplified by the available elevation data and manufacturing resolution. Any material limitation relevant to your order must be explained before purchase; the finished piece must still meet its agreed description and specification.
Terrain designs are decorative representations. They are not intended for navigation, surveying, engineering or establishing boundaries. A Moon or Mars terrain design describes the landscape represented; it does not mean the piece contains lunar or Martian material. Meteorite jewellery is identified separately in its product description.
Production and delivery
For custom terrain orders, our current estimated arrival time is 2–3 weeks after ordering, including production and delivery, unless a different period is clearly stated and agreed before purchase. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. If you need an item for a particular occasion, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet that date.
We use specialist production and fulfilment partners and remain responsible to you as the seller. If there is a delay, contact us for an update. Your legal rights for late or missing deliveries remain unchanged. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.
Pricing, changes and final specifications
The custom-design price depends on your selections. Review the final price, currency, delivery charges, applicable taxes and any disclosed import charges before committing to pay. The designer’s preview price does not by itself describe every destination-specific charge. Optional additions require your agreement.
If you discover an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We will check whether an amendment is possible and agree any effect on price or delivery before making it. We will not silently substitute a different design or material. Where we cannot supply the agreed item, your rights to a refund or other remedy remain available.
Content, imagery and third-party names
Some website imagery or content may be created or refined with software, including AI assistance. This does not change our responsibility to describe products accurately. Digital previews and illustrative scenes do not override the agreed materials, dimensions or design.
References to NASA, missions, datasets or mapping providers identify sources or subject matter. Quasar Jewels products are not endorsed or approved by NASA or those providers. Rights in third-party imagery, data and names remain with their respective owners; any required credits apply alongside this explanation.
Help using the designer
If you cannot use a design control or need help understanding a preview, email information@quasarjewels.com or use our contact page. Tell us the difficulty and the design you have in mind. Please do not send payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
